  I received my education at the Center for Massage and Natural Health in Asheville in 2014.

  I have been licensed and practicing since 2015 specializing in integrative massage therapy with certificates in Reflexology, Tui Na, Aromatherapy, Manual Lymph Drainage, Cupping, Acupressure, Hot Stones, Energy balancing and Myofascial release.


  I provide a peaceful massage that calms and relaxes, revitalizes and rejuvenates with the integration of various modalities. 
 
Working on the three levels of the mind, body and spirit this type massage is wonderful for those who have "lost their peace."
